Our Story
The Packer Group combines more than two decades of military leadership with senior executive experience in the Intelligence Community and federal government.
Gregory W. Packer, Sr. is a retired U.S. Army officer and former Intelligence Community senior executive whose career has spanned operational leadership, intelligence, congressional and legislative affairs and military logistics.
His experience includes organizational leadership, mission integration, intelligence, congressional and legislative affairs, organizational oversight and leading organizations through complex and changing environments.
That experience shaped the firm's approach: listen first, understand the environment, step back for an independent view, diagnose the root causes and then help leaders determine the practical path forward.
